Apps for business is $8.25/mo. It would take 2.5 years to come near that "one time cost" of $249 Office Home and Business 2019 for one pc. Over the years, there will be a new version of Office released and you will eventually need to upgrade, so it's never really a one time cost.
I'm trying to open up some old excel/word/powerpoint documents on an old laptop borrowed from my school that I had last turned on 3 years ago, and so I noticed recently that the laptop has Microsoft Office 2016 installed but the product license key has expired, and the options given are for me to enter a product license key or log into my microsoft account. The old computer had a valid license for Office 2016 Home and Business. In the past, I used the following script to pull the last five digits of the product key so I knew which one to download off of Office.Com. cscript "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16\OSPP.VBS" /dstatus. The problem is that the original install of Win 7 and Office Ah yeah, from my experience if its home and student or home and business the key would have had to be activated by a microsoft account. hopefully the user knows what it is. 1. owned_at_worms. • 9 yr. ago. When you log on to microsoft you can see the key, so that would probably be the easiest way to recover it. 1. jfoust2.
