Day 5 It’ll be tough to leave La Réserve and the French Riviera this morning, but Aix-en-Provence is absolutely worth it. The city’s charming center is characterized by pastel buildings
The first part of our stay will be in Villefranche-sur-Mur for three nights, before heading to Charleval which is about 40mins north of Aix-en-Provence (Luberon) - this is where we'll pick up a hire car and will have 10 full days to explore (although in reality we'll want some chilled-out days at the Airbnb so probably closer to 5-6 days out).

1. Visit the center of Aix-en-Provence and go shopping. Aix really reminds me of Paris. But then with sunnier colors (think palm trees, flowers and the pastel shades of the houses). You will find many nice shops, beautiful architecture and more than enough terraces to recover from all that shopping.
